Places such as Little Rock, Arkansas, have already experienced this change.

SUNDAY NIGHT: Mostly cloudy skies and frigid temperatures continue, with a low temperature of 14 degrees.

Snow clears out from west to east after 5 p.m. Ice accumulations of one tenth to two tenths of an inch will be possible, and snow accumulations of up to 2 inches will be possible. Ice and snow accumulations are expected to be higher across northeast OH and northwest Pennsylvania with somewhat higher snow amounts in the snowbelt of northeast OH and northwest Pennsylvania.
