Trump ready to apologise for retweeting United Kingdom videos

"No, I wouldn't say I'm a feminist", Trump said during an interview for Great Britain's ITV set to air Sunday.

"That would be, maybe, going too far", Trump told British journalist Piers Morgan in an interview airing Sunday.

"If you are telling me they're horrible people, horrible, racist people, I would certainly apologize if you'd like me to do that", the president told the ITV broadcaster.

Tensions between the two were not on display in Davos, however."I have great respect for everything you're doing", Trump told May.

So, yeah. Thanks for that scoop, Piers Morgan.

Mr Trump, who once described himself as "Mr Brexit", also boasted at having predicted the UK's shock European Union exit before June 2016's vote.

'We get tremendous support from people in the United Kingdom'.

May was the first foreign leader to visit Trump following his inauguration in January a year ago, where she invited him to make a state visit to Britain, hosted by Queen Elizabeth II. "Yes", Morgan replied, "but that doesn't mean I'm wrong".

Trump went on: "I know, but I believe that". I mean that's the big problem -- they're sick people. I have tremendous respect for women.

Lucas Moura in London for transfer talks with Tottenham
This would represent an upgrade for Tottenham and a crucial one at that as they look to add a different dimension to their game. Given Unai Emery's rich attacking resources, there is no longer room for the 25-year-old at the Parisian club.

"Generally speaking during the early morning, or during the evening, I can do whatever, but I am very busy during the day, very long hours".

"Some remarkable revelations here...he tweets in bed", went a breathless Morgan voiceover after Trump had allowed that he indeed occasionally dispatches one of his incendiary social media zingers wrapped up in the Presidential duvet. I'm very much a law-and-order person.

Now the US President has given one answer to British protestors who don't want him to visit the country: "I don't care".

"We are going to make a deal with United Kingdom that'll be great", he said, but added he "would have taken a tougher stand in getting out" as the limit on trade deals during the transition will be frustrating.

"If they made a good deal. there's always a chance we'd get back".

Trump told Morgan that he actually thought he was going to win the election in the final 30 days of the 2016 campaign and rubbished claims that he was unhappy with the result.

In the television interview Friday from Davos, Morgan asked Trump what he thought about opposition to his visit by the likes of Khan and Corbyn.

'But it is. You know that right, Piers?' I would have had a different attitude ...

Trump said he thinks women are supporting his policies and economically benefitting from his administration. "I've had a lot of hits".
