Father of Victims Attack Disgraced Doctor During Court Hearing

Randall Margraves father of three victims of Larry Nassar lunged at Nassar bottom right on Friday in Eaton County Circuit Court in Michigan

Simon predicted the Larry Nassar case would go political soon after the former Michigan State University sports and USA Gymnastics physician was sentenced to 175 years in prison on January 24 for sexually abusing his patients.

"Earlier on Friday, two of Margraves" daughters gave their victim impact statements around 9 a.m.

"My daughters are the heroes", he said, "and the victims and the survivors of this awful atrocity".

Nassar and his attorneys were both escorted from the courtroom while officers subdued and arrested Margraves.

The incident occurred during the third and final sentencing hearing for Nassar on assault charges. Now I know the main reason.

The introductory slide to Larry Nassar's presentation sent to Meridian Township police following a 2004 accusation.

Her father then stepped up and asked the judge if she would grant him "five minutes in a locked room with this demon".

The judge replied that was not an option and rebuked Margraves for his vulgar language in calling Nassar "a son of a bitch" in court.

Rep. Trey Gowdy announces he won't see re-election in 2018
Gowdy did not have to account for such factors when making his decision, which made his decision all the more surprising. He now serves as the Chairman of the House Oversight Committee and is a senior member of the Intelligence Committee.

"Give me one minute with that bastard", Margraves said after he was tackled.

The judge paused the proceedings until the courtroom was in order and after telling everyone present she didn't want to see any more parents in cuffs today. He then rushed at Nassar.

He added, "What if this happened to you guys?"

But Mariah McClain, who testified about Nassar's abuse of her, said she had to leave when Margraves erupted.

"I failed my own daughter", Lynn Erickson said tearfully in court on Friday, as her daughter Ashley, one of Nassar's victims, wiped away tears.

A GoFund Me page has been set up for the hero dad who attacked the disgraced USA Gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar in court on Friday. She said she saw him for a back injury and was treated at Twistars, Michigan State and the basement of his home. Many parents expressed guilt for allowing Nassar's abuse to affect their children. The investigations are being conducted by the Walker County Sheriff's Office and the Texas Rangers.

Gallagher says Margraves may have felt several emotions during his time addressing the court, such as anger, confusion, and mistrust. "I lost control but I regained control later in a holding cell", Margraves told reporter his evening.

Brittney Schumann said Nassar molested her at age 11 when she attended her first national team training camp. At the time, USOC believed that USA Gymnastics would handle the situation with Nassar and did not investigate or follow up. "Behind bars, he'll soon know what hell means". Those who read victim statements in Ingham County over a brutal seven days, totalled at 156.
