Victoria Beckham has confirmed reports a Spice Girls reunion is back on after posting a shot of the group online.

"We have enjoyed a wonderful afternoon catching up and reminiscing about the awesome times we have spent together", the group said in a statement to Entertainment Weekly.

"Girl Power will always be out there and is something that we all still believe". The time now feels right to explore some incredible opportunities together. "So many kisses! X Exciting", and used the hashtags "#girlpower" and "#friendshipneverends", a reference to the Spice Girls' song "Wannabe".

But their recent group photo, which marks the first time all five Spice Girls have been in a room together since 2012, may be a sign all the women-including Beckham-are actually considering performing together again.

Victoria has since shared a photograph of herself and the bandmates, telling her Instagram followers: "Love my girls!"

The 43-year-old excited her 18.5m followers by sharing the snap of the smiling ladies - bar a close-mouthed Mrs Beckham - with the caption: "Love my girls!"

Two and a half years ago, Victoria, Mel C., Emma and Geri reunited - sans Mel B, plus Eva Longoria - for David Beckham's 40th birthday in Morocco.

Patriots' Gronkowski returns to practice, but still in concussion protocol
It's likely that the Patriots keep expressing optimism for Gronk's return to the lineup for Super Bowl LII against Philadelphia. Consequently, doom set upon Philadelphia, at least that's what Eagles fans everywhere thought.

Here's to hoping the iconic group reunites once again very soon.

"And getting Victoria to agree has been a coup for everyone involved, given she has always been the person holding back on a reunion".

Sources say that Beckham's change of heart deals with the fact that she wants to make money to put back into her fashion brand.

Although no new music has been rumoured, a compilation album of greatest hits is reportedly in the works. The entire Spice Girls line-up has not been seen together since the 2012 London Olympic Closing Ceremony where they last performed.

It is thought they will not do a fully-fledged tour as they have family and business commitments.

The possibility of a Spice Girls reunion has been in the works for months, with Mel C previously revealing she opted not to join a reunion in 2016 after her bandmate Victoria decided against it.
