Police looking for Raiders linebacker Aldon Smith following domestic violence incident

The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries and Smith fled the scene prior to the police's arrival.

After the alleged incident occurred, the 28-year-old fled the scene before police arrived around 8:30 p.m. Saturday at the Bush Street residence.

As for his National Football League career, it seems his playing days are over, with the news coming down that the Oakland Raiders released the 28-year-old. "Aldon called my parents and asked them to take him to rehab", the woman tells us.

This latest incident, if it is indeed involving Smith, is yet another problem for the once-promising pass rusher.

While police did not identify the victim, KGO said the altercation was between Smith and his fiancee, and that Smith allegedly escaped through the window of her fifth-floor apartment.
