Chelsea news Roman Abramovich Antonio Conte Luis Enrique

Napoli's Senegalese worldwide centre-back Kalidou Koulibaly certainly believes Sarri is headed to Chelsea as he told English radio station talkSPORT after his country's opening 2-1 victory over Poland in the World Cup.

Maurizio Sarri has identified Belgian midfielder, Dries Mertens as his first signing when he becomes Chelsea boss.

'I'am disappointed that he leaves like this but we have now a big coach.

Sky Sports News reported on Tuesday that Sarri's agent is in London to finalise his move to Stamford Bridge as the Blues prepare for a changing of the guard.

'I hope he [Maurizio Sarri] will win something with Chelsea because he is a nice coach.

And Chelsea aren't the only club with an interest in the forward. We know we can win something with him. He then tried convincing the club board to make a move for him last summer, but failed to do so once again before the player penned a new deal with Napoli.

Mbappe gives France 1-0 halftime lead over Peru
Or can Peru avoid another defeat and upset France? Too often, Pogba tries to do too much, both for France and Manchester United. Gallese prevented Lucas Hernandez from doubling the France lead as Peru ended the first half on the ropes.

He has been a target for Chelsea previously, with current Blues boss Antonio Conte interested in signing him in each of the last two summers, only for the club's hierarchy to deem him too old and too expensive.

However, Sarri has his own plans for Chelsea's strike force and it has been claimed that he is plotting to reunite with one of his former players in west London. At Chelsea I think it will be the same.' He added.

'At Napoli we enjoyed it very much as players and the supporters enjoyed it very much.
