After internet mockery, 'Permit Patty' resigns as CEO of cannabis-products company

SEE IT White woman calls police on 8-year-old selling water bottles outside San Francisco apartment

"She just came out and directly demanded to see a permit to sell water from an 8-year-old", she said.

The 44-year-old claimed in an interview with SF Gate that the child and her mother were making noise for several hours before she got into an argument with the girl's mother.

The video shows the mom confronting the woman while she's on the phone.

When asked about Ettel telling Huffington Post she felt bad about the situation, Austin said she didn't accept any apology.

While some celebrities have lashed out at #PermitPatty, others have said they will pay for the little girl and her mother to travel to Disneyland for free.

"Right there, he is half-Asian and half-white but he looks white, so they didn't stop him and I remember saying to my son, 'oh my gosh Riley you look white so they didn't stop you, if you looked Asian, they would have stopped you, '" she said. "The lady called the police because I didn't have a permit", said the girl.

"And illegally selling water without a permit?" the woman on the phone responds. Ettel says that she contacted the building's security before pretending to call the police. When that video went viral, the woman was nicknamed "BBQ Becky".

In a now-viral video of the incident, the girl's mother is heard saying, "This woman don't want a little girl to sell some water".

Speaking with HuffPost, she tried to defend her actions.

Mexico close in on last 16 with South Korea win
Mexico is the fifth team to reach six points this World Cup , and just the second non-European club to do it (joining Uruguay). A 2-1 success over Group F rivals South Korea in Rostov all-but sealed safe passage into the knockout stages for Mexico .

The woman paces back and forth on a sidewalk outside a San Francisco apartment building in an online video posted Saturday.

Ettel isn't the first White woman in the Bay area to call or threaten to call the police on Black people for doing things that everyone else does.

Austin said she was "overwhelmed" by the positivity and support her family has received. "She's not screaming. The men on the street selling parking passes are louder than her".

"On my property", replies the woman filming the video. "After seeing this video of their CEO, calling the police on an 8-year-old entrepreneur selling water on a hot day, we decided without hesitation that we could no longer patronize her company", Magnolia said in a statement on Instagram. The company says although the Treatwell brand is one of their best-selling products, the cannabis company is cutting ties with Ettel's and donating proceeds from the remaining products.

Eight-year-old Jordan Austin was selling water without an official license.

"Now I'm starting to think she did it on objective", Jordan said, "because I think she doesn't care about people's skin colors, because she doesn't care about people's lives except for hers".

Ettel said she never confronted Jordan directly.

But, although Pearl believes the apology is genuine, "she still did it", and Ettel's tears can not reverse her behavior in Pearl's opinion.
